中国企业的非市场战略:追求合法性

摘要
中国企业在跨国经营中屡屡遭遇非市场障碍,突现出中国企业对自身经营合法性管理的不足。然而在国内恶劣的制度环境下,民营企业却成功地改变了社会对自身的看法,不断地拓宽自身的生存空间,从而发展壮大。对中国民营企业管理自身经营合法性的策略进行了调查研究,识别出九种管理合法性的策略,并就每一种策略与西方企业的实践进行了对比,希望能够对中国企业开展跨国经营有所启示。
