<正>自2000年在江西召开全国慢性胃炎研讨会以来,国际上有关慢性胃炎的病理分级与分期标准(国际性学术团体"萎缩俱乐部2000"2005年提出)、幽门螺杆菌与萎缩性胃炎演变成胃癌的关系及根除幽门螺杆菌的作用[胃癌发生模式中存在一转折点(the pomt of no return)]、环境因素对萎缩性胃炎发生与发展的影响及生物活性食物成分对胃癌的化学预防等方面均有不少进展。为此,由中华医学会消化病学分
