摘要：

<正>膝骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)是一种以膝关节软骨退行性改变和关节周围骨质增生为病理性特征的慢性进行性骨关节病。可累及任一滑膜关节,可为单关节受累,但多数情况下为多关节受累。其主要症状以慢性关节疼痛、僵硬、活动受限、活动时可有摩擦响声为特征。该病40岁以前很少发病,但随着年龄的增长,发病率逐渐增加。根据流行病学调查,65岁以上的人群中的OA发病率男性为60%,女性
