金霉素喷洒小麦叶片对其光合作用及离体叶绿体光合磷酸化反应的影响

小麦叶片喷洒金霉素水溶液后,其光合强度比对照增加了10—31%。从金霉素处理过的小麦叶片分离得到的离体叶绿体的循环和非循环光合磷酸化活力均有促进。在非循环系统中,对磷酸化反应的促进幅度要比电子传递的为多,测得的 P/2e 比值达1.5,比对照的 P/2e 比值为1的提高50%。文中讨论了金霉素促进光合强度和离体叶绿体的P/2e 比值之间的关联。
