摘要
虚拟社区的快速发展为企业开展营销活动搭建了崭新的平台,而虚拟社区感作为解释虚拟社区动态、提升虚拟社区生命力的焦点构念,引起了学术界的广泛关注。本文在系统梳理虚拟社区感研究文献的基础上,首先总结了虚拟社区感构念的起源及发展,然后介绍了虚拟社区感的维度、测量以及影响因素与影响结果等方面的研究成果,最后在总结和评价现有研究不足的基础上,提出了未来研究的若干方向。
