银屑病发病机制中细胞因子研究的某些进展

摘要：

银屑病为一种多基因遗传与多因素诱导的慢性炎症性皮肤病,近年来对银屑病发病机制的研究取得较大进步,对Th17细胞以及Th17细胞因子特别是IL-23,IL-22在发病中的作用研究,IL-1作用的研究以及T细胞趋化因子等方面的的研究都取得较大进展,本文就银屑病细胞与分子免疫学取得的某些进展作一综述。
