培美曲塞单药二线治疗26例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘要：

目的本研究观察培美曲塞单药二线治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效、不良反应和对生活质量的影响。方法经病理学或细胞学确诊的老年复发性晚期NSCLC患者26例,其中男15例,女11例,予培美曲塞500 mg/m2,第1天静脉滴注,每3～4周为1周期。至少2治疗周期以上才进行临床评价。结果26例患者总有效率为23.08%,其中完全缓解0例,部分缓解6例,稳定8例,无效12例,疾病控制率为53.85%,中位疾病进展时间为3.0月,主要不良反应为乏力、骨髓抑制。结论培美曲塞单药二线治疗老年晚期NSCLC具有较好的疗效,不良反应轻,耐受性好,且能提高病人的生存质量。
