兔脑出血模型的建立及其方法比较

摘要
目的建立稳定、可靠、重复性好的兔脑内血肿模型。方法利用兔不抗凝自身血注入脑基底节区形成血肿。通过高磁场强MR序列评价两种注射法(缓慢匀速注射法和快速注射法)的差异。并通过神经功能缺损评分判断血肿对机体的影响。结果MR显示缓慢匀速注射法可形成较稳定、形态规则的血肿,与快速注射法形成血肿大小比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。神经功能评分可见缓慢匀速注射组得分(10.08±3.23)、快速注射组(15.32±2.48),对照组未见明显神经功能异常,前两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论利用缓慢匀速注射法、不抗凝自身血注入兔脑基底节区可形成稳定、可靠、重复性好的脑内血肿模型。
