摘要
肠道菌群是定植于人胃肠道内种类和数量繁多的微生物,与人类健康密切相关,现有大量研究发现肠道菌群与机体的骨骼健康密切相关。而肠道菌群影响骨质疏松的机制可能是通过自身代谢产物、影响宿主代谢、调节肠道屏障功能和免疫系统以及影响药物代谢等途径。对上述影响骨质疏松的机制进行探讨,并列举靶向肠道制剂治疗骨质疏松症的实例,为药物的作用机制研究提供新的途径,为解决各种原因引起的骨质疏松提供新的研究方向,为新药的研发提供新的思路。
