摘要
中枢神经系统疾病与某些外周疾病具有共生的特点,由"脑-肠轴"介导的炎症信号在外周和中枢间的传递被认为是联系中枢系统疾病与外周炎症的重要途径,这一机制对于全面认识中枢神经系统疾病的发病机制以及相关疾病的预防和治疗具有重要意义。本文就"脑-肠轴"介导的炎症信号传递对神经精神疾病,尤其是抑郁症的影响及其机制进行了综述,并探讨了干预"脑-肠轴"炎症信号对于中枢神经系统疾病的预防和治疗的潜在前景。
