<正>一、肠道稳态研究概况肠道稳态(gut homeostasis)是宿主(肠道黏膜和免疫屏障)、肠道内环境(包括肠道菌群)、营养和代谢产物等相互作用所构成的动态平衡状态,受到环境、生活方式、饮食习惯等多种因素影响。肠道黏膜屏障和免疫屏障一直是肠道稳态研究领域中的重点,受到研究者的持续关注,获得了诸多重要进展;而作为肠道内环境重要组成部分的肠道菌群(gutmicrobiota/gut microflora)则是近5年以来肠道稳态
