徒手肌力评估是在康复实践中应用最为广泛的一种肌肉力量的评估方法。但作为康复医学与康复治疗学的一个重点内容,很多书籍上对其由来及分级方法的介绍,存在很多差异性。本文详细的介绍了徒手肌力评估的演变史及与分级系统相关的一些争议进展。
