摘要：

目的观察心-踝血管指数(cardio-ankle vascular index,CAVI)与心血管危险因素的相关性。方法健康成人137人(年龄46.4±0.9岁,其中男性61人、女性76人),受试者均于空腹或餐后至少2h测定CAVI和血压,并收集受试者年龄、身高和体重等其它基本信息。用线性回归来分析CAVI与年龄、性别、Body Mass Index(BMI)、血压的相关性。结果CAVI与年龄、性别、收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压显著相关。校正混杂因素后,年龄和性别仍然与CAVI强烈相关。结论健康成人中,年龄和性别是影响CAVI的决定性因素。
