职场管理的新领域——职场友谊研究述评

摘要
职场友谊作为组织中的一种能够满足员工社会性需要的非正式人际关系,其建立与维系对于员工自身的工作满意度和幸福感以及组织认同度的提升进而对于组织绩效的提高具有重要作用。近年来,学者们对该主题的研究给予了较多关注。本文从职场友谊的内涵、测量、影响因素和影响结果等方面对现有文献进行了综述,并在分析现有研究不足的基础上,对未来的研究重点进行了展望,以期为国内的相关研究提供参考。
