摘要：

随着透析技术的发展，透析患者越来越多。但他们的生存质量却一直受到多种并发症的威胁，并导致躯体功能低下及焦虑、抑郁等心理障碍。而运动疗法有助于解决这些问题，使患者尽最大可能重返社会。本文在总结了国内外有关文献的基础上，对透析患者的运动疗法做一简单综述。
