正式控制对认知信任和情感信任影响的实证研究

摘要：

管理控制中的信任被越来越多的学者所重视,有关控制与信任到底是互补、替代还是复合关系的争论仍在继续。在这个背景之下,应用实证研究方法检验控制与信任关系,并进一步探究不同类型控制对不同类型信任的影响。通过对163份知识员工的调查问卷进行分析,结果显示,结果控制和能力控制对认知信任产生正向影响、对情感信任产生负向影响,行动控制对人际信任基本上不产生影响。
