摘要
生物钟对于生物机体的生存与环境适应有重要的意义.机体的生物钟与外部环境同步,核心生物钟与外周生物钟同步,是机体拥有最佳的环境适应能力的重要因素.近年来,随着生物钟分子环路知识的进一步完善,新的感光色素和细胞的发现,多层次的生物钟系统结构的清晰,人们对生物钟同步化机理的理解愈发深入.本文首先回顾了生理学水平上对同步化的解释,重点总结了近年来哺乳动物生物钟同步化的研究进展,主要介绍了光照和进食两种重要的授时因子对机体及各组织的生物钟进行同步化,讨论了机体去同步化引起的健康问题,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望.本文为进一步研究生物钟同步化的分子机制提供了基础资料,并期待人们重视自身生物钟与外部环境的一致性对健康的重要性.
