摘要
<正>肌肉减少症(sarcopenia)由希腊语中的sarx和penia组合构成,sarx指"肉",而penia指"减少或缺乏"[1-2]。狭义的肌肉减少症早期特指在衰老过程中,骨骼肌质量的减少。如今,肌肉减少症可指任何原因引起的骨骼肌质量减少、力量下降和体能减退[1,3-4]。根据病因可分为原发性和继发性肌肉减少症两大类。随着人体衰老过程而发生的肌肉减少症,称之为原发性肌肉减少症。65岁以上
