摘要：

冠状动脉易损斑块是导致急性冠脉综合征发生的主要危险因素,其在形态上与稳定斑块截然不同,早期识别并干预极为重要。冠状动脉CT血管成像作为一种无创性检查方式可以从形态学和功能性两个方面对斑块进行综合评估,可对早期诊断急性冠状动脉事件提供参考。
