摘要：

In the early 1960s,the discussion on forestry of China reached common understanding that the decline and exhaustion of natural forest resources couldn't been ascribed to wood production.Cutting and utilization should be a part of ecosystem.With the increase of population and the development of society,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of ecosystem.But Humen often break the order of nature when meeting the demands of themselves. Experiences in many countries showed that there is dialectic relationship between utilization and protection of forest, and nature approximating forestry could integrate the utilization with the protection of forest very well.The natural forests have declined badly in China, and the productivity of plantation is lower,so we must work hard to change the actuality.
