花椰菜与青花菜DNA标记研究进展

摘要
近年来花椰菜与青花菜在中国的种植面积越来越大,其分子生物学和遗传育种研究也越来越受到关注和重视。国内外利用各种分子标记技术对其基因组进行了深入的研究,取得了长足的进展。文章从构建遗传图谱、基因定位、种质资源遗传多样性评价、DNA指纹图谱以及标记辅助选择等方面综述了DNA标记在花椰菜和青花菜中的研究进展,并对其前景进行了展望。
