组织公正的中介效应——高校管理团队冲突与组织公民行为的关系

摘要
以中国14所高等院校163位管理团队成员为样本,使用相关分析和多元线性回归方法,探讨不同性质的团队冲突、组织公正和组织公民行为之间的关系,并检验了组织公正的中介效应。结果表明任务冲突与组织公民行为呈倒U形关系,组织公正在任务冲突对组织公民行为的作用中表现出部分中介效应。而关系冲突与组织公民行为负相关,组织公正在关系冲突对组织公民行为的作用中表现出完全中介效应。
