<正>不孕症,一个全球性的生殖健康问题,影响着世界上大约10%的人口[1]。同时它也被认为是患者生活中一个最突出的心理应激事件之一,可能使患者产生抑郁、焦虑、内疚、社会孤立、性满意度降低等心理健康问题,导致生活质量下降、婚姻冲突,从而影响治疗结果[2-4]。虽然应激事件会产生病理结果,但主观知觉到的应激却并不等同于应激事件本身[5]。对应激的知觉需要花更多时间去评估特定情境的需求和个体应对这种
