摘要：

同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)是一种含硫氨基酸,为体内蛋氨酸代谢的一个重要中间产物。近年来,人们对HCY代谢及其作用的认识越来越深入,特别是在血管疾病中的作用日益受到重视。本文将对同型半胱氨酸在体内的代谢及高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomocysteine,HHcy)的概念、形成原因、代谢及其所致动脉粥样硬化原因和治疗等方面的新进展作一综述。
