摘要：

近年来的动物实验开辟了戊型肝炎肠道外传播的新途径。宿主感染成型肝炎病毒(HEV)后所表现出的病毒血症易于逃脱生物化学及血清抗体筛查,为HEV肠道外传播提供了机会。流行病学研究资料也证实了HEV肠道外传播的存在。尽管肠道外途径不是HEV的主要传播方式,但在缺乏肠道传播引起成型肝炎暴发流行契机的地区,肠道外途径可能在HEV传播中起重要作用。此认识将为成型肝炎诊断和预防提供有益的启示。
