<正>阿片受体激动药物主要指作用于μ受体的激动剂,由于具有强大的镇痛作用,在临床麻醉与镇痛中应用广泛。1979年,Wang等[1]首次在人体鞘内注射吗啡用于急、慢性疼痛治疗,由此开创了阿片受体激动药物鞘内应用的新纪元。在此后的30余年,众多学者一直致力于阿片受体激动药物鞘内应用的研究,以获得安全、有效、持久的节段性镇痛作用,减少其全身应用的副作用。本文将就阿片受体激动药物鞘内应用的研
