基于过程日志的业务过程自动化建模方法设计

摘要
提出了一种基于马尔可夫转移矩阵的过程挖掘方法。在该方法中,业务过程被看作是一条有限齐次的马尔可夫链。基于日志建立转移矩阵,定义基本过程逻辑关系的挖掘规则,并据此规则设计了挖掘算法。此外,将过程形式化表示算法的设计从过程挖掘算法中分离出来,可以满足同一过程的不同形式化表示的需要,具体给出了基于工作流网的过程形式化表示算法。
