摘要：

马尾综合征(CES)的病因呈临床立体多元化,目前仍未完全清楚。本文综述了近年关于马尾综合征(CES)病因学的相关文献,如非新生物致CES、下腰骶椎和马尾区的肿瘤致CES、非压迫性CES等机械性压迫因素、血管性因素、神经营养因子、炎症反应等多因素分别或共同作用的结果。
