报告 198 6年～ 1998年间收治的腹及胸腹主动脉瘤 72例 ,其中胸腹主动脉瘤 (ThoracoabdominalAoticA neurysm ,TAAA) 8例 ,腹主动脉瘤 (AbdominalAorticAneurysm ,AAA) 6 4例。 6 5例行手术治疗 ,1例髂总动脉埋泵 ,6例未手术。详细讨论了腹及胸腹主动脉瘤围手术期的护理在成功治疗该血管疾病中的重要性
