牧区移民定居的动力机制、效益分析与政策建议——甘南藏族自治州个例分析

Gannan Campo is headstream of some large rivers in our country,so its pasture profection is not only concern to the economy development and ewlfare construction in Gannan Tibet Autonomous prefecture,but also to all the country,especially to the ecological safty for the mid region of huang river.Having ecological immigration and headsman settling is one of the valid ways for pasture perfection and impulsing the economic and society improvement.This paper use the investigating data of this region to analyze the immigrating setting's dynamical mechanism and effect,on this base,bring forwards policy suggestions for better taking this project.
