摘要：

日益加速的全球化进程,对传统民族国家框架下的国家与社会关系构成了巨大挑战。作为对这一新变化的回应,西方理论界建构了三条理论路向。未来国家理论承认全球化对传统民族国家的冲击,试图重新定位未来国家的角色与地位;全球公民社会理论关注社会行为体的生长,意欲厘定全球公民社会的结构与功能变迁;全球治理理论则立足现实,力图打破传统国家与社会关系的格局,主张水平与网状管理模式,树立新型权威。
