间歇性张应力对小鼠单核/巨噬细胞RAW264.7分化成熟的影响

摘要
目的:探讨张应力对破骨前体细胞小鼠单核/巨噬细胞株RAW264.7分化成熟的影响。方法:施加1000με、3000με、5000με间歇性张应力于体外诱导分化的RAW264.7细胞,采用抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)染色和吖啶橙染色观察破骨细胞形成情况,并分析比较各组破骨细胞分化状况。结果:牵张应力促进了破骨细胞的增殖和分化,其TRAP阳性细胞增多,且随着牵张力量的增强TRAP阳性细胞数量呈增加趋势,但张应力增加到5000μεTRAP阳性细胞数量增加不明显。结论:间歇性的牵张力促进了小鼠单核/巨噬细胞RAW264.7向破骨细胞的分化。
