本文通过研究欧洲数字图书馆版权解决方案的高级原则、数字保存原则、孤本作品和绝版作品版权解决原则,总结出欧洲数字图书馆版权解决方案具有统筹规划、系统设计、先易后难、先急后缓、分步实施等特征,对于我国解决版权问题推动数字图书馆建设具有重要的参考意义。
