摘要：

本文从润滑脂产量、产品结构、基础油应用分布、单位GDP润滑脂产量等角度对2007—2010年世界润滑脂生产情况进行了分析;介绍了近年来化学品预防性管理法规REACH、添加剂技术发展及相关行业对润滑脂发展提出的要求。
