关系嵌入性对于合作创新的影响机制——一个整合的研究模型

摘要：

通过构建整合的研究模型来分析关系嵌入性对于合作创新的影响机制。基于对354家企业的问卷调查,采用层次回归分析和有调节的中介作用模型进行实证检验,研究结果显示关系嵌入性正向影响企业间的合作创新,组织间惯例在这种影响关系中具有显著的中介效应,产品模块化在关系嵌入性对于合作创新的直接效应和通过组织间惯例影响合作创新的间接效应中均具有显著的调节作用。
