塞曼特罗(CIM)对猪的生长、胴体组成和营养分代谢的影响

选用24头杜二杂种猪(试验1)和32头大二杂种猪(试验2)进行日粮添加CIM1μg/g试验。试验1和2试验期分别为28d和20d。其中CIM组的平均日增重分别较对照组提高15.7%(P<0.05)和12.9%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低13.3%和10.0%。屠宰结果表明,CIM略提高屠宰率,显著提高胴体瘦肉率,试验1提高8.4%,试验2提高9.0%,同时显著降低胴体脂肪含量,试验1降低23.0%,试验2降低15.0%。CIM不改变肌肉DNA浓度,但显著提高腓肠肌和背最长肌的RNA浓度及RNA/DNA值(P<0.01),对肌肉组织具有明显肥大作用。试验1和2CIM组猪血清脲氮分别降低23.28%(P<0.01)和24.75%(P<0.01),血清FFA都升高30%以上,血清脂肪酶、GPT、CPK活性都有所升高,血清T3、T4显著升高(P<0.05),胰岛素略有降低。结果表明CIM对杂种猪具有明显的促进生长和胴体改良作用。其作用系通过改变营养分代谢实现。
