氮杂芪唑盐单层LB膜修饰的ITO玻璃电极上的光电响应研究

摘要
<正>近年来,我们发现一些染料分子表现出了多性能性,如Squaraine,它不仅具有相当好的非线性光学性质,而且因具有好的光电性质已成为材料进入应用,我们在研究多种染料体系中同时发现了它们优良的二阶非线性光学性质和光电化学性质,本文研究的氮杂芪唑盐是专为研究分子的二阶非线性活性理论而设计的一个化合物,它具有比Squaraine更好的二次谐波产生能力,我们对其作为光电材料的光电化学性质进行了研究,并就其光电转换的可能机理进行了探讨,在仿生材料中,LB膜方法是一种极为恰当和有效的方法,它有望克服无机固体器件的体积限制而产生新的功能.
