摘要：

肠源性脓毒症近年来引起人们的关注, 肠道作为大的细菌及毒素储存库以及在机体免疫调控方面的作用成为引发脓毒症的重要原因, 在婴幼儿甚至是很隐匿的。临床上很少刻意诊断肠源性脓毒症, 只是当作感染的一个来源。本文就其发病机制, 临床争议问题及治疗进展进行文献回顾, 提高临床医生对肠源性脓毒症的诊断及治疗的能力。
