<正>在危重症病人中应重视营养支持,但并非越早越足量越好。原则上是以肠内营养(EN)为主,肠外营养(PN)为辅,先少量再逐渐加量,可以是单一的EN,或是EN加PN,待机体内稳态稳定、分解代谢下降后,再达到营养需要的全量。充分发挥机体能量与蛋白质的贮备机制,并且需要重视胃肠功能的耐受性,促进肠功能的康复以及肠道微生态平衡。1营养支持模式及理念的变迁长期以来,人们都公认了营养支持对改善不能
