摘要：

将基因治疗技术与肿瘤化疗药物结合起来,有选择性地杀伤肿瘤细胞,可增强化疗的效果。本文对肿瘤药物敏感基因治疗、肿瘤药物增敏基因治疗、肿瘤药物耐受基因治疗三个方两的研究进展进行了综述。
