摘要：

慢城作为宜居城市,自欧洲提倡以来,已有24个国家的147个城市拥有慢城称号,且数量呈现递增趋势,慢城理念不断深入人心。本文通过对慢城理论文献的梳理,对慢城内涵、表现及作用、慢城与慢食、慢旅行及全球化关系等理论做了简评。本文认为,慢城理念对于我国的发展与建设,在消除城市病、实现包容性增长、创建特色小城镇、提高土地利用率、消除快节奏的消极影响和培育可持续健康生活理念等方面有重要借鉴意义。
