摘要
<正>骨质疏松症是多种原因引起、以单位体积内骨组织量减少为特点的代谢性的骨病变,临床上多体现为驼背以及骨折的发生,多发人群为老年和绝经期妇女,骨折最常见部位包括髋部、脊柱和手腕[1,2]。很多研究已证明了运动有利于成人的骨质代谢,即运动能增加总骨量且形成较好的骨结构,具有较高的骨强度[3,4]。另外,Scerpella等[5]的研究表明,儿童青少年时期进行适当的运动可以很好地预防老年后骨质疏松。老年期60%
