多西环素对哮喘大鼠血清IgE、肺组织磷酸化p38及基质金属蛋白酶9的影响

摘要
目的建立大鼠哮喘模型,探讨多西环素对哮喘大鼠气道炎症和气道重塑的影响。方法取健康雄性大鼠33只,随机分为3组:正常对照组、哮喘模型组、多西环素干预组。应用给予哮喘大鼠雾化吸入多西环素,观察干预后大鼠肺组织中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及磷酸化的p38、血清中IgE水平的变化。结果与正常对照组相比,哮喘模型组、多西环素干预组MMP-9的水平显著升高(P<0.05)。哮喘模型组血清IgE、肺组织磷酸化的p38磷酸化的p38/β-actin水平明显高于多西环素干预组(P<0.01)。结论多西环素可减少肺泡灌洗液中炎性细胞的数量,从而减轻气道炎症;多西环素可下调MMP-9的水平,从而减缓气道重塑。通过对血清IgE和肺组织磷酸化的p38的影响,多西环素减缓哮喘的气道炎症、气道重塑和气道高反应。
