摘要：

现代市场经济的产业发展需要资本与劳动力的有机结合,我国正在推进的新型工业化与新型城镇化,都面临着城乡劳动力分割问题。本文借助劳动力市场分割理论,对我国两化互动发展中的劳动力分割问题的内生性进行了分析,从劳动力和资本的互动关系中揭示了劳动力市场分割的根源,提出了立足于两化互动发展解决我国劳动力市场分割问题的思路。
