摘要：

消化道G细胞分泌的胃泌素是促进胃肠道发育的重要胃肠道激素,它能促进新生动物胃内酸性环境的建立,促进胃、十二脂肠发育。胃泌素水平作为胃肠发育的相关指标越来越受到重视。文章就其结构分布、生理功能、及多种食物源因子对其分泌的调控等方面作一简述。
