免疫细胞在脂肪组织炎症中的调控作用

摘要
越来越多的研究证明,脂肪组织炎症在肥胖相关代谢性疾病中发挥重要作用。脂肪组织不但是储能器官,能够供应机体能量消耗,还是人体最大的内分泌器官,分泌多种脂肪因子作用于人体其他器官,参与各种生理过程。脂肪组织由脂肪细胞、免疫细胞、内皮细胞及成纤维细胞组成,其中免疫细胞在正常生理状态下维持脂肪组织抗炎平衡状态。病态肥胖状态下这种平衡被打破,脂肪组织中促炎性巨噬细胞、CD8+T细胞、辅助性T细胞1、树突状细胞、肥大细胞数量增加,抑炎性辅助性T细胞2、调节性T细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞数量减少,导致脂肪组织处于炎症状态。这种脂肪组织炎症与糖尿病、心血管疾病、脂肪肝等多种疾病的发生相关。文章拟概述免疫细胞在脂肪组织炎症中的调控作用,讨论以脂肪组织免疫细胞为靶点改善脂肪组织炎症的相关研究,揭示脂肪组织免疫细胞是肥胖相关代谢紊乱的潜在治疗靶点。
