摘要：

[目的/意义]对虚拟社区用户的持续知识搜寻行为进行研究,有助于更加深入地了解用户在虚拟社区中的知识活动与内在状态,促进虚拟社区健康持续发展。[方法/过程]以自我感知理论与期望确认理论为理论基础,构建虚拟社区用户持续知识搜寻意愿影响因素模型。运用问卷调查方法收集数据,利用偏最小二乘结构方程模型对数据进行分析,检验本文的研究假设与模型。[结果/结论]知识搜寻经验显著影响用户对知识增长、心流体验和社区有用性的感知,这些内在状态的积极感知又进一步影响用户在社区中搜寻知识的满意度,进而影响用户在社区中的持续知识搜寻意愿。
