心肌干细胞与心肌梗死区微环境的研究进展

摘要
<正>目前治疗急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)的方法主要有药物治疗、冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass grafting,GABG)、经皮冠状动脉旁路介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)等。这些方法能通过恢复灌流来缓解患者症状,挽救部分缺血心肌,防止梗死创面的扩大,但对已经形成的纤维瘢痕无能为力,即不能从根本上使已经坏死的心肌修复,改善心肌的舒缩功能。
