维生素D与2型糖尿病关系的研究进展

摘要：

维生素D能够促进胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素、改善胰岛素抵抗。由于维生素D受体的广泛存在,维生素D与2型糖尿病血管并发症的发生有着密切的关系。然而,2型糖尿病患者普遍缺乏维生素D,对于补充维生素D能否使2型糖尿病患者获益,目前尚不能得出明确的结论。本文结合相关参考文献,分析目前维生素D与2型糖尿病关系的研究进展,以加强临床医师对二者关系的认识。
