增强型体外反搏治疗难治性心绞痛的现状

摘要：

难治性心绞痛患者接受最大限度医学治疗后仍时常有严重的心绞痛症状发生,他们需要不断地接受介入治疗,或不能接受介入治疗或血管搭桥手术。虽然用于治疗难治性心绞痛的药物及手术治疗多种多样,但效果都不太近如人意,给患者带来了极大的痛苦。体外反搏作为一种无创、几乎无毒副作用、便于重复使用的治疗方法成为难治性心绞痛的重要选择。
